What we do on this project
For years the property generated costs without producing a return. Rather than imposing a ready-made scenario, we analysed the potential of the local market in Żory for the highest rate of return and the safety of the capital.
The result is a hospitality project backed by a full feasibility study, a transparent budget and a sound capital structure. Today we run the whole process: we lead the conversations with funding institutions, coordinate the sub-contractors and protect the investors' interests at every stage.
