Where we stand
There is a gap between the owners of assets and capital. Projects do not fail because the idea was poor, but because the structure between the idea and the money is missing. Projects of this size are too complex for local contractors and too small, or too unstructured, for large institutional funds. That gap is exactly where we work, and that structure is what we build.
